Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week night shift contract requiring prior travel experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

  • Emergency Department unit in a hospital setting
  • 12-hour night shifts, 7PM-7:30AM, 3 shifts per week
  • Every other weekend and every other major holiday required
  • No block scheduling permitted
  • Bi-weekly orientation
  • Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

  • Active or conditional Massachusetts RN license, verified via recent NURSYS report showing all past and present licenses
  • Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the specialty
  • Acute care experience required
  • Prior travel nursing experience required
  • 2 recent manager/supervisor references in a matching specialty required
  • Skills checklist matching specialty required
  • Driver's license with address matching demographics required
  • Flu vaccine required during flu season

Additional Information

  • Scrub color: any
  • RTO must be submitted at time of consideration and is not guaranteed after confirmation, with no more than 5 days requested
  • First-time travelers will not be considered
  • Local candidates within 50 miles accepted at a local rate
