Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a high-acuity Emergency Department requiring MA RN licensure and a minimum of 2 years of ED or ICU experience.

Details

  • Large, high-acuity 118-bed emergency department
  • Diverse patient population including behavioral health, boarding patients, emergency/trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level cases
  • Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
  • 3x12 or 4x12 schedule, AM shifts, 36 hrs/week
  • No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience post-orientation required
  • Must demonstrate strong critical care skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Manage complex and unstable patients across a wide acuity spectrum
  • Work within a dynamic, high-volume emergency care setting
