We are searching for a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in stunning Big Sky, Montana! Here’s what you can expect: - **Collaborative Environment:** Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide top-notch patient care. - **Impactful Role:** Assess patient needs, implement interventions, and educate families—all while enhancing the quality of nursing practice. - **Dynamic Patient Care:** Utilize your expertise in emergency nursing to handle a variety of cases in a busy setting. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse) - Certification in American Heart Association BLS - Certification in American Heart Association ACLS - National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification - Certification in American Heart Association PALS or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course - Competence in modified primary nursing - 1 year of emergency nursing or critical care experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing **Essential Job Functions:** - Collect comprehensive data relevant to patient health (Assessment) - Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues (Diagnosis) - Identify expected outcomes for individualized patient care plans - Develop and implement plans that lead to successful outcomes - Promote health and maintain a safe environment for patients - Continuously enhance quality and effectiveness in nursing practice - Collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues to achieve nursing excellence - Integrate ethical provisions in all areas of practice - Stay updated on current research and integrate findings into practice **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Exercise sound judgment and maintain professionalism - Thrive in a busy and stressful environment - Demonstrate creativity, problem analysis, and decision-making skills - Work varied shifts as needed - Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion - Exhibit strong emotional intelligence and teamwork skills **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds - Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods - Perform fine finger movements and maintain close visual acuity - Handle exposure to bloodborne pathogens and other healthcare-related risks **Schedule Requirements:** - Regular and sustained attendance is a must - Flexibility to work beyond the standard 40-hour workweek and varied shifts **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
