As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in urgent and critical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, demonstrating effective decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting any changes in condition or treatment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
