Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 39 Patient Ratios : 1:4 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : one unit secretary and 2-3 techs on the floor Type of equipment : Crash Carts, Level One, Alaris Pumps, Dash bedside cardiac monitors
Documentation system: MediTech Scheduling requirements: 4wk schedule posts 2wks prior to start date, preferred three 12hr shifts/wk Floating policy: ER hold unit while at capacity, rare during summer months Patient Experience requirements: 30-1hr patient rounding and bedside shift report
Required:ACLS,BLS,PALS
Dress Code: (Required uniform) Black Scrubs
