Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department / ER nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Acute care nursing experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Two recent manager or supervisor references in the matching specialty
• Completed skills checklist matching the specialty
• Driver’s license with an address matching submitted demographics
• Current NURSYS verification report pulled within the last week showing active or conditional Massachusetts RN license
• Flu vaccine required during season
• EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a busy Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions in an acute care setting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support efficient patient flow
• Deliver care to a diverse range of emergent and critically ill patients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow department protocols
• Work rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Support a safe, organized, and patient-centered emergency care environment
