- Experience: 2 years RN experience; at least 1 year ER experience
- Required Experience: Level II Trauma / Comprehensive Stroke / High-volume ED experience preferred
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, ENPC
- CPI: Required by date of hire
- Patient Ratio: Typically 4:1; up to 7:1 for ED behavioral holds
- EMR: Cerner
- Floating: No outside ED; must float to all ED sections
- Scheduling: Every other weekend; no block scheduling
- Scrubs: Navy
- Beds: 101
- Preferred: Previous HCA experience
- Environment: Team-oriented and welcoming department
IMPORTANT: Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and able to work all areas of the ED.
