**Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN - ER (Night Shift)** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment! - Work 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a supportive night shift staff. **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 22 (with vertical space for additional patients) - **Number of Staff:** Approximately 50 - **Staffing:** - Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 5-6 nurses, 1 secretary, 1 tech/medic - **Patient Ratios:** 1:4 - **Equipment:** Phillips & GE Monitors, Level 1 Rapid Infuser - **EMR:** Meditech (EDM) **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must Have:** - Strong IV skills for adults & pediatrics - Excellent communication abilities - **Preferred Skills:** - Trauma experience, TNCC certification - Familiarity with Meditech **Typical Procedures:** - Cardioversion - Central line placements - Cardiac arrests - IV insertions, EKGs, and other basic ER skills - Pacemaker interrogation - Code Stroke protocol - Code Sepsis protocol - Suture/abscess setup **Best Personality Fit:** - Team player - Energetic and professional - Respectful to patients & team - Accountable and patient-centered - Excellent attendance record - Quick adaptability to change **Required Certifications:** - BLS, ACLS, PALS & CPI **Floating Area(s):** - Potentially to our FSED (approximately 15 minutes away) **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color/Attire: Teal top with black or teal bottoms **Scheduling:** - Every other weekend, with at least 1 Friday & 1 Monday in a 4-week schedule. - No on-call required. **Years of Experience:** - Minimum 2 years required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
