Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an active MA RN license and BLS/ACLS certification.

Details

  • Work in a hospital Emergency Department setting
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Day/Night rotation schedule (4 weeks of each)
  • Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
  • Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license required; conditional or pending licenses not accepted
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA preferred; Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted depending on location)
  • Primary source verification of license/certification required within 30 days of start date via NURSYS and BON
  • Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

Additional Information

  • Provide emergency nursing care across a rotating day/night schedule
  • Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Boston are accepted at a reduced rate
  • Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
  • Parking at Boston locations is not validated; public transportation or paid public lots (approximately $17-$22 daily) are available
