Job Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS required
• ACLS required
• TNCC required
• PALS required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency care environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergency and urgent conditions
• Provide care for critical cardiac, trauma, pediatric, and behavioral health patients as needed
• Assess, monitor, and prioritize patients in a fast-moving emergency department setting
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely, effective treatment plans
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate care appropriately
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Support a patient-centered environment focused on compassion, efficiency, and clinical excellence
