Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2 years of recent ED or critical care experience and EPIC proficiency.

Details

• Works in a high-acuity Emergency Department-Trauma unit
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) rotation required
• 13-week assignment length
• May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• Block scheduling requests may be accommodated based on schedule availability

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience in a larger ED or critical care experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale (must be AHA-issued where applicable)
• Ascension MOAB certification required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

• Provide emergency and trauma nursing care in a high-acuity ED setting
• Radius rule applies; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate
