Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 3+ years of ED experience and a WI or compact RN license.

Details

• Emergency Department-Trauma unit setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• 13-week assignment length
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA)
• TNCC certification preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• Ascension MOAB training preferred
• 3+ years of ED experience with prior travel experience, or 5+ years in a large ED without travel experience
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Provide emergency care in a high-acuity trauma department
• Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate for local candidates
• Only one submission allowed system-wide to Ascension positions
• First-time travelers considered if they meet the large ED experience requirement
