Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in Attleboro, MA, where your skills will be valued and your contributions recognized. We are seeking dedicated professionals to work in a leading acute-care hospital's Emergency Department (ER), providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Manage a patient ratio of 1:4/5, ensuring each individual receives the attention they need.
  • Utilize the Omnicell medication system for accurate medication administration.
  • Document patient care and interactions using Cerner.
  • Participate in weekend coverage every other Friday and Saturday night.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ER RN; first-time travelers with 2-3 years of experience will be considered.
  • Experience with Epic or Cerner is preferred.
  • Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS.

Additional Information:

  • Average daily census: 130-150 patients.
  • Facility features 21 rooms and 31 beds, catering to all age groups from neonates to geriatrics.
  • Orientation will last 36-48 hours, and scrubs will be provided.
