**Exciting Opportunity for ER Registered Nurse!** Join a dynamic and high-energy team in the Emergency Department, where your skills will shine and your passion for patient care will make a difference! We are looking for a dedicated RN to be a part of our exceptional ER team. **Job Description:** - **Position**: ER Registered Nurse (RN) - **Schedule**: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM - **Unit Details**: - 101 beds in the ER - Patient ratios typically at 4:1, up to 7:1 on behavioral holds - Supported by devoted techs and unit clerks, available 24/7 - **Equipment**: - Utilize state-of-the-art Baxter pumps and GE monitors - **Documentation**: - Efficiently manage patient records using Cerner - **Requirements**: - ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications must be obtained before your starting date - ENPC certification within 90 days of hire - **Experience Needed**: - Minimum of 2 years as a nurse, with at least 1 year in an ER setting - Preference for candidates with experience in Level 2 trauma centers or high-volume EDs (over 100,000 visits) - **Must-Have Skills**: - Teamwork mentality with the ability to coach and provide real-time feedback - Flexibility to work across all areas within the ED - **Patient-Centric Approach**: - Adhere to AIDET principles and ensure respectful behavior for an enhanced patient experience - Keep patient boards updated for clear communication during visits - **Additional Info**: - Known for a supportive team environment and a commitment to serving a multi-cultural community, representing over 120 languages **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
