• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,640 - $1,730
• Schedule: Every other weekend; scheduling based on department needs
• Setting: High-volume emergency department with a strong team culture and diverse patient population

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• At least 1 year of recent emergency department nursing experience required
• Experience in a high-acuity, fast-paced ER setting preferred
• Ability to work across all areas of the emergency department
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coach and provide real-time feedback
• Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing department needs
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS
• ENPC required within 90 days of hire
• Cerner experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across a variety of acuity levels
• Assess, monitor, and prioritize patient care in a busy, high-volume emergency department
• Collaborate with physicians, ER techs, and unit staff to support efficient patient flow
• Deliver safe, effective care for medical patients, behavioral holds, and other emergency presentations
• Maintain clear communication and promote an excellent patient experience throughout the visit
• Use AIDET, respectful communication, and real-time patient updates to support service excellence
• Float to all sections within the ED as needed
• Document accurately in the electronic health record and support organized, timely charting
• Contribute to a positive, supportive nursing team culture focused on teamwork and flexibility
