Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse is a vital member of the patient care team, responsible for delivering both direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process across all assigned areas. The RN will conduct patient assessments upon admission, utilizing appropriate techniques to gather past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, laboratory results, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests. The RN will also participate in the planning and implementation of a written care plan under the supervision of a physician.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Graduate from an approved School of Nursing required
  • Current New Hampshire RN License required or eligible to obtain
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
• Experience: Clinical experience preferred
• Professional Activities:
  • Membership in a professional nursing organization preferred
  • Certification in specialty preferred
