Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department, ER, or acute care nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Comfortable working night shifts and delivering dependable patient care during high-acuity situations
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills

Emergency Department Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and provider orders
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
