Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Meditech experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Strong patient care skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity emergency care environment
• High-energy, self-motivated, and personable team-player mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the Main ED and Pediatric ED settings
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with a wide range of emergency and urgent care needs
• Collaborate closely with physicians, charge nurses, ED techs, and the broader healthcare team
• Deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced emergency room environment
• Support patients admitted to the hospital who are boarding in the ED
• Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain strong clinical workflow
• Contribute to a positive team culture while adapting to changing patient volumes and priorities
