The facility is proud to serve as the busiest robotic surgery program in the Carolinas and offers open heart and interventional cardiology services.

We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN for the Emergency Department (ER) to join our team. If you are ready for a rewarding career, learn more about our sign-on or relocation bonus!

Unit Specifics:

  • Number of Beds: 101
  • Patient Ratios: 4:1 typically - medical, up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds
  • Type of Equipment: Baxter pumps, GE monitors
  • Documentation System: Cerner

Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend; cannot commit to block scheduling; must meet the needs of the department.

Floating Policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED.

Patient Experience Requirements: AIDET, respectful behavior, and keeping patients updated throughout their visit.

Certifications Required:

  • ACLS before starting date
  • BLS before starting date
  • PALS before starting date
  • TNCC before starting date
  • CPI before starting date
  • NIHSS before starting date
  • ENPC within 90 days of hire

Hiring Profile Requested Skill Set:

  • 2 years experience in a Level II trauma center and high-volume ED (> 100,000 visits)
  • At least 1 year experience in an ER setting
  • Teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time feedback
  • Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED

Dress Code: Navy scrubs.
