Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current Arizona RN license
• Active BLS certification
• Active ACLS certification
• Active PALS certification
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Willingness to float as needed
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Cerner experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Respond to urgent and emergent patient needs with sound clinical judgment
• Support safe, efficient patient flow in a busy ER / ED environment
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Delegate and supervise care activities as appropriate
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and practice
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and priorities while delivering excellent care
