Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• NIH Stroke Scale certification or experience with stroke assessments
• CPI certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong triage skills and comfort managing behavioral health patients
• Patient-focused attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with varying acuity levels
• Perform triage, assessments, and ongoing monitoring in a fast-paced ER setting
• Support care for behavioral health patients with professionalism and compassion
• Administer treatments and assist with procedures including tele-neuro, moderate sedation, and basic joint reduction
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure efficient, patient-centered workflow
• Document accurately using the facility’s clinical systems
• Promote a positive patient experience through clear communication and excellent bedside care
