Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring recent ER experience and multiple ACLS/PALS/NIHSS certifications.

Details

  • Emergency Department setting
  • 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, schedule varies 7PM-7AM
  • No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required
  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS (AHA)

Additional Information

  • Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
  • Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
  • RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after offer
