• Number of Beds: 9
• Number of Staff: 17 total
• Patient Ratios: 4 patients to 1 RN
• Type of Equipment: EMR - Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile:

Skill Set:

• Must Have: Proficiency in triage & ESI, emergency assessment, medication administration, management of critical patients.
• Preferred: Trauma & Stroke care, Moderate sedation.

Typical Procedures Performed:

• Triage, Medication administration, moderate sedation
• IV insertion, EKG, cardiac monitoring, trauma and emergency stabilization

Best Personality Fit:

• Strong critical thinking and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, adaptable, calm under pressure
• Good communication skills, FUN!

Required Certifications:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Works rotating weekends, no call.
