• Number of Beds: 22
• Staffing: 23 personnel
• • Day Shift – 1 CNC, 3 RNs
  • Mid Shift – 2 RNs
  • Night Shift – 1 CNC, 3 RNs
• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Equipment: Includes splinting device, defibrillator, Hamilton Vent, Welch Allyn, and bedside cardiac monitoring systems.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Transitioning to Meditech Expanse on August 13

Hiring Profile

Required Qualifications:

• ACLS, BLS, PALS
• TNCC
• NIHSS
• CPI
• Current RN License

Preferred Qualifications:

• ENPC
• NRP

Typical Procedures

• IV starts
• Blood draws
• Moderate sedations
• Splinting

Dress Code

Royal blue scrubs, closed-toed shoes (no crocs with holes), no false nails or air pods, and ensure a stethoscope is available for assessments.

Unit Policies

No food or drinks are allowed at the nurse's station in compliance with Joint Commission guidelines.

Weekends

Availability for weekends is required as needed or every other weekend, based on preference.
