Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department night shift position in Houston, TX, requiring a TX or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ED experience.

Details

• Located in a hospital emergency department (1st Floor ER unit)
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ED/ER nursing experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC accepted), ACLS, TNCC, CPI (or accepted equivalent: SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA), and NIH Stroke Scale certification
• No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — no Canadian SSNs accepted
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
