Job Summary
Electrophysiology (EP) Specialist in Des Moines. This role involves working across all local campuses with a focus on Electrophysiology and Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) procedures. The position emphasizes rapid candidate assessment via phone call or text and adheres to specific experience and certification requirements.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week, from 09/08/2026 to 12/08/2026
- Required Qualifications: 24 months of current Electrophysiology (EP), Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) experience, and ARRT certification. Valid drivers license and skills specific to Electrophysiology or Cardiac Cath disciplines.
- Preferred Qualifications: 24 months of Electrophysiology (EP) experience, travel experience, and RCIS or RCES certification.
- Additional Information:
- Must have 12 months of experience in Electrophysiology.
- Experience in EP procedures highly preferred.
- Must be capable of floating across all Des Moines campuses to like units.
- Orientation dates are scheduled for 09/08/2026, 09/14/2026, and 09/21/2026.
- The candidate is expected to work 1-2 of the upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed.
- Call back and on-call duties are not required; multipliers apply for callback ($1.5x with minimum 2 hours) and holiday work (1.15x multiplier).
- Employment history should include at least 24 months of relevant current experience.
- Candidates must provide professional references within the last 24 months and submit valid certifications and drivers license documentation.
