Job Details
- Position Description: Cardiac Device Tech needed for the outpatient clinic working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no on-call or weekend requirements. The patient population primarily includes adult cardiac patients with implanted monitors.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS, pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience; EPIC experience within the last 2 years; knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology; minimum 3 years of relevant experience; located in the specified geographic area.
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: This position involves independent technical management of implanted cardiac rhythm management devices such as pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders. No block schedules; work includes Monday to Sunday operations with all employment gaps over 90 days explained. Submission requires complete employment history including facility details and bed counts. Reliable transportation is recommended as public transportation is not accessible in the area.
