Sign On Bonus Relocation: Assistance provided Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking a licensed, experienced Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential and commercial projects throughout Southeast Alaska. This position may be temporary or permanent, with a minimum six-month commitment required for temporary assignments.We offer a strong team atmosphere, rewarding project experience, and opportunities to travel throughout Southeast Alaska for a variety of commercial and residential projects.Core Duties & ResponsibilitiesInstallationInstall new electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and equipment according to blueprints and technical diagrams.Repair & TroubleshootingDiagnose and repair faults and malfunctions in electrical systems using testing devices and hand tools.Identify and resolve electrical problems, including power outages and low-voltage supply issues.Leadership & DevelopmentProvide oversight, leadership, and training for electrical apprentices.Ensure apprentices are working safely, productively, and in compliance with company standards.Compliance & SafetyEnsure all work adheres to local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.Quality & CleanlinessEnsure all electrical work is completed to the highest standard of quality.Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, including job sites and company vehicles.Project Completion & PreparationEnsure assigned projects are completed according to scope of work and documentation requirements.Plan, prepare, and transport necessary materials for remote project assignments.Maintenance & DocumentationMaintain assigned tools and vehicles in good working order.Notify the office of maintenance or repair issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and repairs completed within the project management database immediately following project completion.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, testing devices, tools, and safety proceduresAbility to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagramsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesGood physical stamina and ability to work in varying environments, including lifting, climbing, and confined spacesStrong customer service and communication skillsLeadership ability to mentor, manage, and develop apprentices and team membersPositive attitude with a team-oriented mindsetDiverse experience across residential and commercial electrical systems, installations, troubleshooting, and service workLicensing RequirementMust possess a valid electrical license in:Alaska, orA reciprocal state including:Arkansas (AR)Colorado (CO)Iowa (IA)Minnesota (MN)Montana (MT)Nebraska (NE)North Dakota (ND)New Hampshire (NH)New Mexico (NM)Oklahoma (OK)South Dakota (SD)Texas (TX)Wyoming (WY)Assistance with Alaska reciprocal licensing is available.#ResidentialElectrician #AlaskaJobs #AlaskaElectrician #TravelElectrician #ElectricianLife #HiringElectricians #RelocateToAlaska #JourneymanElectrician
