Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Emergency Department or trauma nursing experience required
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency room or trauma center
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts
• Willingness to rotate every other weekend and every other holiday
• Current clinical compliance and onboarding documentation as required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute and trauma-related needs
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver timely, high-quality care
• Administer medications, monitor treatments, and document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Support efficient patient flow in a busy Emergency Department environment
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and calm under pressure in critical situations
