Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an active MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ED experience.

Details

  • Work in a hospital Emergency Department setting
  • Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts per week, 7p-7a
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license (will accept MA Temp License) required at time of consideration
  • Minimum 2 years of ED experience required
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required, none expiring within 30 days of start
  • Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Provide emergency nursing care within a fast-paced ED environment
  • Blue scrubs recommended though no specific color required
  • Returning perm staff are not eligible to return as travelers at this facility
  • RTO limited to no more than 7 days during the assignment
  • Local candidates within 50 miles accepted at a reduced rate
  • Compliance process must be completed prior to start to ensure timely clearance
