Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ER Registered Nurse in Napa, CA. We are seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to provide exceptional care in our Emergency Department (ER). This is a contract position with night shifts, offering a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Epic charting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in an Emergency Department.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC.
• Must be available for every other weekend.
• First-timers are accepted; however, pending licenses are not accepted.
• Guaranteed hours: The facility is allowed to call off once per every two-week pay period.
• No on-call requirements and no floating between units.
• RTO restrictions must be included at the time of submission.
