• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Trauma Level: Level II
• Stroke Center: Functioning as a Comprehensive Stroke Center (survey pending)
• Other Designations:

  • Pathway to Excellence
  • Journey to Magnet

2. Required Qualifications

Mandatory Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous trauma experience.
• Meditech charting experience.

Important: Candidates without all four mandatory certifications will not be considered.

3. Staff & Patient Care

Day Shift:

• 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC)
• 10 RNs
• 1 LVN
• 2 Paramedics
• 2 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
• 4 Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)

Night Shift:

• 1 CNC
• 10 RNs
• 1 LVN
• 2 Paramedics
• 2 PCTs
• 4 BHTs

4. Clinical Skills & Equipment

• Trauma and emergency department procedures.
• Experience caring for emergency and trauma patients.
• GE monitors.
• Belmont Rapid Infuser.
• Meditech EMR charting system.
