Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Required Skills & Experience

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license appropriate for the assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• At least 6 months of recent experience is required.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Assignment Requirements

• Candidates must be willing to float to sister hospitals based on census and patient acuity.
• Candidates are expected to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday during the tenure of the assignment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient volumes, staffing needs, and clinical assignments is required.
