Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at WCS Healthcare Partners, located in the vibrant community of Newton, MA. We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care in our fast-paced Emergency Department. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in travel and level 1 trauma center experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
