Job SummaryThe registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care using the nursing process. Accepts responsibility for direction of co-workers and delegation of role appropriate tasks in the implementation of care. Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to the established FMC policies, procedures and guidelines.Job QualificationsEducation: Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor s degree in nursing preferred.Licensure/Certification: Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio. CPR required.Experience: Previous Nursing experience preferred.Job-related Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Problem-solve and facilitate resolution to issues; demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities; Make independent decisions.
