Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an 18-bed Emergency Department with an additional 10 hall spaces, maintaining a 5:1 patient ratio
• Utilize GE equipment and document within the Expanse electronic health records system
• Perform emergency room clinical skills and procedures consistent with ED scope of practice
• Operate within a variable staffing model and float to other units as required per facility policy
• Adhere to patient experience standards and facility dress code (scrubs required)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; active Compact (multi-state) license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience in a hospital setting
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS or ENPC certification required
• TNCC and CPI certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with GE clinical equipment in an emergency care environment
• Experience with Expanse or similar electronic health record documentation systems
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department setting
