**Exciting Emergency Room RN Opportunity!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in a vibrant Emergency Department setting - Location: McKinney, TX - Shift: 6 PM to 6 AM - Start Date: ASAP - Unit: 37-bed Emergency Department with a Level 2 Trauma designation - Staff: 73 full-time employees dedicated to exceptional patient care - Patient Ratios: 1:4 in zones, ensuring quality attention for each patient **Key Qualifications:** - Must have Meditech experience - High caliber patient experience skills - Preferred experience: HCA/Meditech familiarity - Minimal PTO requests required for quick onboarding **Essential Certifications:** - BLS - ACLS - PALS - TNCC **Team Structure:** - Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 7 RNs, 2 techs/paramedics, 5 mid-shift RNs, 2 mid-shift techs - Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 7 RNs, 2 techs/paramedics, 5 mid-shift RNs, 2 mid-shift techs **Work Environment:** - Equipment: GE Monitors - Floating Area: ED patients admitted to hospital holding in ED **Dress Code:** - Royal Blue scrubs required **Weekend Requirements:** - 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks - No on-call duties **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
