Job Requirements

• Active RN license with eligibility to work in Texas
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Trauma nursing experience strongly preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with varying levels of acuity
• Deliver care for trauma cases and ED procedures in a busy, team-oriented environment
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare staff to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Support safe and efficient patient flow in a 4:1 ratio environment
• Assist with rapid interventions using department equipment, protocols, and best practices
• Contribute to a positive unit culture and dependable weekend coverage
