Travel: Echocardiology Technician / Radiology
Shift: 4/10's 0600 - 1630
Duration: 13 Weeks
Tucson , AZ
On Call: Between 24-36 hrs. per week, spread evenly with existing staff
The Echo traveler for NMC needs to be proficient in the following Echo based procedures:
1. Adult 2D echo
a. with use of contrast agent
b. bubble study
c. Post cardiac cath
d. Post surgical echo
e. assessment of pericardial effusion
f. pericardiocentesis imaging
g. calculating LV and RV strain
h. diastology with TDI
i. PISA calculations
j. Biplane measurements for EF
2. Treadmill stress echo, set-up, resting and stress imaging
3. Dobutamine stress echo, set-up, resting and stress imaging
4. Transesophageal Echo (TEE), set up , image acquisition, physician assistance
