Holiday and Weekend Requirements: : No holidays and no weekends
On-Call Requirements: No on-call
Special Skills/Certifications Required: ARDMS, RDCS, RCS
Minimum Experience Requirements: Echo, prefer to for candidate to be able to perform vascular ultrasounds (lower extremities/carotids and ABIs)
Certifications: RDCS/RVT or RCS credentials as provided by the ARDMS or CCI and BLS
EPIC experience within the last 18 months is required and must be listed on the profile.***

SSN and DOB required at time of submission.
All RTO must be disclosed at time of submission. Additional RTO will not be approved or considered after submission.
Minimum of 2 years of experience required unless otherwise stated in the job description.
Active compact or TN license required at time of submission.
Two supervisory references are required at time of submission.
All certifications listed in the job description must be in hand at time of submission (copies not required).
Epic experience within the past 18 months is required and must be clearly documented on the candidate s profile, including where Epic was utilized. Candidates must also pass the Epic competency exam; only one attempt is allowed, and failure will result in cancellation.
