• Active RN license
• ACLS & BLS
• CNOR certification
• 3–5 years perioperative/surgical services experience
• 3–5 years leadership experience
• Proven success advancing surgical caseload
• Strong knowledge of current clinical technology & IT
• AORN standards/recommended practices experience
• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
