    Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee and manage all rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing facility
    • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary rehab team to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance
    • Coordinate care planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes
    • Monitor department productivity, documentation standards, and program effectiveness
    Required Qualifications
    • Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of California
    • Must hold a full therapist-level license; COTA and PTA credentials are not eligible for this role
    • Prior experience in a Director of Rehabilitation or leadership capacity within a rehab setting
    • Expected 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience managing rehab operations in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
    • Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid compliance and PDPM documentation requirements
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop rehab staff
