    Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee and manage daily operations of the rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility
    • Lead and support an established, multidisciplinary rehab team including PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and OTA staff
    • Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with facility and regulatory standards
    • Monitor department performance, productivity, and compliance with applicable guidelines
    Required Qualifications
    • Active clinical license in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), or related discipline (PTA or OTA)
    • Prior experience in a rehabilitation leadership or director-level role
    • Strong knowledge of skilled nursing facility operations and rehab program management
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience managing multidisciplinary rehab teams across PT, OT, and SLP disciplines
    • Familiarity with company-owned skilled nursing facility environments
    • Background in southern Maine or comparable regional healthcare markets
