Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines
Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently
Lead and participate in all facility meetings as scheduled by regional or management
Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives
Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits, and ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as an OT, SLP, or PT
LTC or Rehab experience required
Active Oklahoma state license required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a leadership or director-level rehab role
Familiarity with productivity standards and caseload management across PT, OT, and SLP disciplines
Experience collaborating with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care
