Director of Nursing (DON) / RN Supervisor

Location: Janesville, WI
Contract: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift | 80 hrs/2 weeks | 24/7 accountability

Role Summary

The DON/RN Supervisor will oversee nursing operations in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting, including staff supervision, scheduling/delegation, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, infection control, resident care, budgeting, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements

BSN required
Active WI RN license
Minimum 3 years’ experience
2–4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in LTC/SNF
Must have experience working in a WI SNF/LTC facility
BLS/BCLS required
Knowledge of LTC reimbursement systems and State/Federal regulations
Approved CPR certification required within 90 days (Other certification per unit requirements: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, NRP)
Experience with quality programs, infection control, staffing, hiring, training, evaluations, and resident care planning
Holiday coverage required
