Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nutrition assessment and intervention for patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans in accordance with facility policy and standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient nutritional needs and outcomes
• Document nutritional assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled in alignment with facility staffing policy

Required Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical dietitian experience
• Experience in an acute care or hospital-based setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or large-capacity hospital environment
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration in an inpatient setting
