Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutrition assessment and care for patients requiring clinical dietitian services
- Calculate and manage parenteral and enteral nutrition support for appropriate patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the electronic health record system
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage as part of standard scheduling requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical dietitian experience
- Working knowledge of parenteral and enteral nutrition calculation and management
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Experience in an acute care or hospital-based clinical setting
