Contract | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Every 3rd weekend required (or flexible weekend rotation) | No on-call required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nutrition assessment and intervention for acute care patients
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor and document patient nutritional status and progress throughout the care continuum
- Participate in weekend coverage rotation as scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical dietitian experience
- Active Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) certification required
- Active Florida state dietitian licensure required
- All credentialing must be completed prior to start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Acute care experience strongly preferred due to an initial 4–6 week training period
- Familiarity with inpatient nutrition protocols and clinical documentation systems
