    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients and residents identified with special needs or who meet nutritional risk criteria
    • Conduct patient nutritional assessments and reassessments in accordance with policy and acceptable practice standards
    • Develop and implement individualized nutritional plans of care
    • Deliver patient and family education related to nutritional needs and interventions
    • Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
    • Document all nutritional interventions accurately and thoroughly in accordance with established standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition or equivalent field
    • Master's Degree required for candidates whose eligibility for examination began on or after January 1, 2024
    • Completion of a dietetic internship or its equivalent
    • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required within 6 months of completion of residency program
    • Ability to float throughout the local county network as needed
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience as a Clinical Dietitian in an acute or skilled nursing setting
    • Familiarity with multi-site or network-based clinical environments
