Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based clinical nutrition care within assigned patient areas
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
Identify patients at nutrition risk and deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy services under the guidance of experienced clinicians or management
Participate in Performance Improvement projects and serve as a nutrition expert in clinical forums
Assist in training nutrition assistants and food service staff
Ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of clinical nutrition practice
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
RD (Registered Dietitian) – current registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
LD (Licensed Dietitian) – current practice license for the state of practice, or provisional license if permitted by the state
Minimum 1 year of clinical dietitian experience
Proficiency with EPIC EMR
